1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FreeWeight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FreeWeight. By using the app you confirm that you are.

3. FreeWeight is not medical advice

FreeWeight gives general fitness ideas using everyday objects. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or supervised training, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a qualified coach. Talk to a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.

4. Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risks, including serious injury. Using ordinary household items as equipment adds risks: items can break, slip, tip, or fail, and surfaces and furniture may not hold your weight. You are responsible for checking that anything you use is safe and rated for the load. You voluntarily accept all risks of using the app and the activities it suggests.

5. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release FreeWeight and its team from claims arising out of your use of the app or any injury, loss, or damage connected to the exercises or item suggestions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. [Counsel to confirm enforceability and tailor by jurisdiction.]

6. Subscriptions and billing

FreeWeight may offer a paid subscription ("Pro"). Purchases, renewals, free trials, and cancellations are handled by the app store on your device under its terms. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Prices and trial terms are shown at purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

8. Intellectual property

FreeWeight and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms, and may suspend access if these Terms are violated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
